The Inner Rivers is an exploration of the body focusing on clearing out the lymphatic system and freeing up space in our joints with an intelligent mobility routine. We will go through a full body joint mobility routine to increase range of motion, decrease pain and discomfort, and build up strength and stability through safe and sustainable movement. The lymphatic sequence is a great daily routine to maintain good internal lymph and blood flow. With soft and subtle touch we can increase the intelligence beneath our skin, if we see the lymphatic system as rivers, we are touching upon the dams to find more space for these rivers to flow. These practical sequences are very simple and can be done regularly to create more space for movement, breath, and freedom within.
