Movement is more important than ever before. And we have more awareness, scientific methods, and diverse modalities to explore for us to gain more body intelligence. In the world of movement, mobility has become a massive factor and how to implement it into our practice. With dedicated mobility we increase range of motion, internal strength, reduce or remove pain, and create more body awareness. With that awareness we create more movement freedom, our yoga classes become more engaging and fun, our daily life feels more enriched and alive when we don’t have to worry about pain so often. Mobility creates freedom and confidence, movement explores your inner world interacting with the outer world, together we find an enriching body intelligence, our Inner Strength.
